Medical Director Janet M. Neigel, M.D., F.A.C.S
Dr. Neigel is a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyes and face. She differs from most cosmetic surgeons because she is both an oculofacial plastics surgeon (a specialist trained in plastic surgery around the eyes) and a board certified ophthalmologist (a specialist trained in the treatment of the eyes). This combination allows her to understand both the functional and the aesthetic aspects of cosmetic surgery around the eyes and face.
Since 1986 Dr. Neigel has specialized in plastic surgery from the forehead to the neck, with a particular emphasis on areas near the eyes and face. This highly focused specialization means she has extensive practical experience with these surgical procedures.
Dr. Neigel feels it is important that she and her staff spend sufficient time with each patient to answer their questions and help them fully understand the available treatment alternatives. She and her staff look forward to helping you.

Neigel Center Mission Statement
Welcome to the Neigel Center, where we strive to keep you looking as good as you did yesterday…everyday.
Our philosophy is to simply restore your youth as safely and naturally as possible. We understand feelings of disenchantment regarding aging, acne scars, sun damage or any host of other cosmetic related problems. So whether you’re frustrated or simply curious about cosmetic surgery, however apprehensive due to a lack of knowledge regarding the risks and benefits of treatment, we are here to put your mind at ease. We want to help you understand the options at your disposal, and to provide you with a safe and effective solution.
I am Dr. Janet Neigel and I have been in practice since 1986. During that time I have helped thousands recapture their youth and regain their self-confidence. I, too, am aging, and I share all of the same concerns as my patients. I would not conduct any treatment on any patient that I wouldn’t first try on myself, my family, or my own friends.
I, with the support of my staff. am highly selective as to whom I will perform a procedure on, ensuring that the benefits are high and that the risks are always low.
It is my promise to you that here at the Neigel Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery, you will receive superior care and personal attention, always.
We strive for excellence in all facets of our work and our primary concern . . . is you!

Martin Moskovitz M.D., F.A.C.S

Dr. Martin Moskovitz is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery, September 18, 1999) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. No single piece of information could be more important to a prospective patient than Board Certification. Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery means that Dr Martin Moskovitz has completed a rigorous program covering multiple areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery. His training took place at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and exposed him to nearly every facet of plastic surgical problems and treatment. Prior to his training at Baylor, Dr. Martin Moskovitz received Board Certification in General Surgery from The American Board of Surgery (February 9, 1999). Board certification in General Surgery attests to a thorough understanding of human physiology and the effects of trauma and disease on the body. This double Board certification helps him provide a full range of care to his patients. It is important to remember that plastic surgery is surgery and that elective and cosmetic procedures must be taken seriously and understood intimately.
Board certification is a significant achievement but it is the minimum requirement that your surgeon should have. A surgeon should express a dedication to understanding, advancing, and teaching the type of surgery that he or she practices. After joining the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine in 1998, he served as the Director of the St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital/Baylor Resident Aesthetic Surgery Clinic. This center provides Baylor's surgeons-in-training their foundation in cosmetic surgery and furthers the understanding of cosmetic surgery.
Plastic surgery has changed dramatically in the past decade. Dr. Martin Moskovitz has worked hard to keep his techniques current and provide the most modern, safe, and reliable options for his patients.
After graduating from Columbia College (Columbia University) in New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Literature, Martin J. Moskovitz, MD, FACS obtained his medical degree from Rutgers Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey. His post-doctoral training included residencies in General Surgery with the Brooklyn South Surgical Program in Brooklyn, New York, and in Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Moskovitz then became Director of the Aesthetic Surgery Clinic at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the division of Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.
While at Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Moskovitz directed the cosmetic surgery program and was responsible for training dozens of residents in patient selection, patient care, operating room technique, and overall medical management.
Dr. Moskovitz currently teaches the course on liposuction breast reduction at the annual meeting of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the largest national body of plastic surgeons. He is also an experienced panelist and lecturer in the field and has published on the subject in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the most respected plastic surgery journal in the world.
His professional memberships and affiliations include:

* New Jersey Plastic Surgery Society
